Was this picture taken in South Carolina? I swear I've seen those people before....
The guy on the right is actually the current mayor of Wasilla, Alaska. The picture was taken on an unusually warm day. He currently enjoys an 80% approval ratings, because the guy on the right likes him only 80% of the time.
Well that town certainly upgraded from their previous mayor...
